The Sign Gypsies story began in 2014 in McKinney, TX. Two friends, both with small children and big imaginations, were seeking an outlet to unleash their creativity and entrepreneurial spirits. Immediately, Sign Gypsies was born! Their tiny idea has now grown to more than 800 locations nationwide giving other entrepreneurs the opportunity to unleash their creative passions.

Hello! My name is Tabitha and I took over Sign Gypsies Illinois Quad Cities in 2026. I've lived in the Quad Cities for my entire life. Our lovely region means a lot to me!
I've spent much of my life as a shy, anxiety-ridden person. Shortly before purchasing Sign Gypsies Illinois Quad Cities I had been undergoing a lot of personal growth. I had learned the value of community and been building a lot of self-confidence.
When Sign Gypsies went for sale, it was the perfect time to grow even more. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve the community through this business. It's a dream to help people celebrate, advertise and bring more joy to local events. I love making everyone smile! It makes me feel so much more human.
I've graduated from Black Hawk College with a degree in visual communications and graphic design. Art is one of my biggest passions. How wonderful it is to be using my artistic and creative skills! I love creating signs that are personal and individual. No two signs will ever be exactly the same!
Sign Gypsies Illinois Quad Cities has been an important part of our community for many years. I've always seen these signs everywhere! I am honored to continue the legacy of this incredible business.
